Director of Photography
Thaïs Castralli a director of photography from Brazil, based in Los Angeles, CA. She started as a Storyboard Artist, moved into the camera department for Brazilian productions… and from camera loading and Acing, she shifted to what she is most passionate about: being behind the camera.
Thaïs got her MFA in Cinematography at the AFI Conservatory in 2016. She has since worked for Leica Camera, Zeiss Cinema Lenses and most recently with Kodak Motion Picture.
She loves combining her work on the technical side of cinematography with the artistic side of the craft, and her main interest is to create images to translate the stories that are entrusted to her.
