Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of British Columbia and an Associate of Arts degree in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (Los Angeles). He is a co-founder and Co-Chair Emeritus of the DGA Asian American Committee.
