Todd Pittson

Line Producer

Todd Pittson is an established Producer with over 30 years experience in film and television. His introduction to the industry came through summer jobs on independent productions during his college years, where he also made valuable contacts.

After graduating Simon Fraser University with a double major in Communications and Film/Television studies he built on those relationships and was soon working on both Commercials and Television series as a Location Manager, crossing paths with talented director/producers such as Philip Noyce, Wes Craven and David Nutter before landing a location managing job on the then-new series The X-Files, where he remained for the entirety of that show’s initial meteoric 5-year Canadian run.

From there he moved into unit production managing and producing, working on projects with Canadian producers and US studios alike, among them the Terry Gilliam-helmed feature Tideland, the Jenny Bicks-led series Men in Trees, a multi-season stint on the DC Comicsinspired Arrow and of late the dramedy series Resident Alien.
