Suzanne Colvin-Goulding

Producer

Suzanne Colvin-Goulding has been producing film and television for over 35 years. She began her career producing and managing numerous feature films, TV series, and TV movies for Canadian, US and International production companies including Sofia Coppola’s The Virgin Suicides, American Psycho II: All American Girl (Lions Entertainment), Paul Haggis’ Due South (CBS/CTV), Enslavement: The True Story of Fanny Kemble (Showtime), Wind at my Back (CBC), and Phantom of the Megaplex (Disney), starring Mickey Rooney. She was a founding partner, producer and president of Mad Circus Films which produced the Cube franchise prequel feature film Cube Zero, released by Lions Gate Films and selected as the opening Gala film for Scream Fest LA.

Suzanne joined CBC in 2006 in the newly created position of Executive in Charge of Physical Production for Arts and Entertainment. Due to her extensive production experience, collaborative and strategic approach, and ability to always, successfully manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders, Suzanne was promoted to Head of Physical Production for Commissioned & Scripted Programming, and then again to the newly created and expanded role of Senior Director of Production Planning for Finance and Strategy. During her tenure at CBC, she was responsible for overseeing production planning of all commissioned and scripted television series, movies and specials for comedy, drama, kids, variety and later, got involved with documentary, factual and sports programs.

In 2014, Suzanne returned to the independent production industry once again and has applied her many talents since then, to producing/executive producing TV series including season 1 of Steven Soderbergh’s The Girlfriend Experience (Starz), Mike Clattenburg’s Crawford (CBC), all 4 seasons of Coroner (CW/CBC), and in 2022/2023, she was producer on the first season of Orphan Black: Echoes (AMC).
