Mariana Soares

Mariana is a Brazilian-German set decorator and production designer, and a nominated member of the Set Decorators Society of America (SDSA). With a background in fi ne arts and visual communication and over a decade of experience, her work bridges cinematic storytelling in films, commercials, and music videos. She blends her background in painting with a passion for visual storytelling to create immersive and visually dynamic worlds. Mariana has worked with global brands such as Nike, Steve Madden, Johnson & Johnson, and contributed to music videos for artists like Paul McCartney, Alex Warren, Shinedown, and A Place to Bury Strangers. Her credits include the sci-fi feature ReEntry starring Sam Trammell (True Blood) and Emily Deschanel (Bones), the critically acclaimed short Panties, and the upcoming My Bird is Sick, supported by Dirty Films and Netflix. Her commitment to excellence has earned her multiple awards, including the Triborough Film Festival Award, the Maverick Movie Award for Best Production Design, and the Mattel Award for Best Latin American Design.
