Kenny G. Krauss is a Los Angeles-based editor with 20 years of experience in the film industry. His passion for editing started in college after winning the Price Is Right’s Showcase Showdown and using his earnings to buy his first editing system. After learning the ins and outs of filmmaking assisting director Andrew Davis (Holes, The Fugitive, Under Siege) and actor/producer Ashton Kutcher, Kenny transitioned to post production quickly moving up the ladder as an Assistant/Associate Editor working alongside franchise feature film editors William Goldenberg, ACE (Transformers: Age of Extinction), Roger Barton, ACE (Terminator: Genysis, co-founder of Evercast), and Leigh Folsom-Boyd, ACE (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales). He learned to deliver under pressure working directly with some of the industry’s top filmmakers like Michael Bay, Jerry Bruckheimer, Neal Moritz, Reginald Hudlin and Jon M. Chu. Over the last several years Kenny has worked alongside Jim May, ACE as Additional Editor on Rampage, Bloodshot, and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Most recently, Kenny co-edited Amazon’s Candy Cane Lane starring Eddie Murphy. Kenny and his wife are foster parents sharing three beautiful children and a Labrador. His interests beyond filmmaking and family include swimming, skateboarding, Peloton bootcamps, selvedge denim, and mid-century furniture.
