Julia Kots is a Brooklyn-based editor from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Julia has spent over 15 years editing narrative film and tv, as well as documentary and commercials. Julia also writes and directs. Her first narrative feature film, Inez & Doug & Kira (2020), stars Michael Chernus and Tawny Cypress. She is currently in post-production on her second feature film, which is a documentary. Julia holds an MFA from Columbia Film School and a BA from Yale.
