Director of Photography
Christopher Raymond is a NY-based cinematographer and Local 600/ ICG member with 20+ years experience. His most recent feature, “Free LSD”, was chosen to be closing night film at the 2023 SlamDance Film festival. He also shot Louis C.K.’s latest Feature Film, “Fourth of July”, which came out to critical acclaim. Christopher was also recently Director of Photography on Fox’s “Prodigal Son” and NBC’s “New Amsterdam”. He has worked all over the globe shooting documentaries, commercials, music videos, and 5 other feature length narrative films.
A celebrated cinematographer, Chris’s documentary project “The Eagle Huntress”, directed by Otto Bell and Executive Produced by Morgan Spurlock and Daisy Ridley, was a Sundance 2016 Official Selection and a 2017 BAFTA nominee. The film was distributed through Sony Pictures Classics. Christopher was also rewarded a Montreal International Film festival Wreath Award for Best Cinematography. Other works by Raymond have been screened at Camerimage Art of Cinematography Festival in Poland, The National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, and at prestigious film festivals such as Sundance, Cannes, Toronto, New York, and Bussan International.
