Artur Gubin

I am a freelance cinematographer specializing in narrative, music videos, and commercial projects. As a graduate of the ASC Master Class of 2018 and a participant in the ASC Vision Mentorship Program, my portfolio includes commercials for brands such as Levis, Afterpay, Toyota, Calvin Klein, Rimowa, Facebook, Paco Rabanne, AZUKI, VOGUE, PacSun, and Mason Lois Marie, among others. My music video credits feature artists such as Tyga, Rick Ross, Mozzy, Honey Cocaine, Quincy Brown, L B Sure, Teddy Swims, MK Burns, Why Don’t We, Tungevaag & Raaban, and more, for labels such as Atlantic Records, Sony Masterworks, Capitol Records, and Worner Music. I have experience in various film genres including thriller, sci-fi, and comedy, and I’m currently exploring opportunities in television.

Hailing from Ukraine and now based in Los Angeles, California, I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and have a working knowledge of Lakota (gained during a documentary project about Standing Rock). I am an adventurous person who loves to surf, scuba dive, horseback ride, climb, and travel the world, capturing the beauty of these experiences through my lens. Storytelling through visuals is my passion, and I strive to strike the perfect balance between speed and quality to make both producers and directors happy.
